Hey Nicole, great video! I actually shared your idea with some family members of mine and they were equally as astonished as I was. I would love to hear more about the actual process of freezing the coffee/creamer and any potential complications (for example, is it safe to freeze dairy products, specifically creamer in this case, for long periods of time). Overall this was clear and concise and we all know that his product has a massive customer base that will continue to grow.

Hello Nicole! Overall, very great! I would say the hook could have been more engaging, maybe a shocking fact. The problem was clearly outlined, however, the solution did not have a price set to. Maybe, next time put a price on how much extra getting coffee ice cubes would be. Also, eye contact could have been made a little more. There were times that it was repetitive at times. I love how the problem is simple and clear and you also make the solution simple and clear.
